May Meeting
Our program was presented by Linda Shelton. She did an excellant job showing us Judy Barrows Square in a Square technique. There are many, many different options when using her ruler. Linda shared several of them. Option 1 starts with a simple Square in a Square block. Option 3 is for making Flying Geese. Option 4 makes Half Square Triangles [we all need another way to make them because we don't have enough! ; ) ] Great Job! and Thank you, Linda!
Show & Tell started with Joyce showing us her Crazy Quilt Pillow. Very pretty!
Connie just finished quilting a beautiful quilt for Mary. Just beautiful, Ladies!
Hannah shows us her brother's quilt that her Mom did. Very nice!
Lee just finished quilting this Buckeye Beauty for Alyce. Very pretty!
It was a good meeting. Loved all the Show & Tell. Ladies, keep working so we can see more. Seeing everything everyone else has finished inspires me to get something done. Maybe I can now that school is out and Track is almost over.
Our next meeting is June 11th. Hope to see you there. Oh, don't forget that we have a Sit & Sew scheduled for this Saturday, May 26th.

Our February meeting had to be moved from the 2nd Monday to the 3rd Monday because of snow. We had a great meeting. Joyce did a program on Y seams. It was a good program. I am a little more ready to tackle those Y seams now. I hope everyone else is, too. I have a few pictures to post. I forget to take my camera, so took some with my phone.
