Complete the Quilt

Layer the quilt top, batting, and backing.

Quilt as desired.

Cut and piece the gold print ¾” x 42” strips to make 1 – ¾” x 385” piping strip.

With wrong side inside, fold and press the gold print strip in half lengthwise to make 3/8” wide piping.

Aligning raw edges and using a ¼” seam, baste the piping strip to the quilt top; miter the corners.

Use the green print 2 ½” x 42” strips to bind the quilt. Note: About 1/8” of the gold piping will show between the quilt top and binding edge once the binding is turned back.

I hope you have enjoyed this as much as I have!  Enjoy your finished Mystery Quilt!
