We had our February meeting tonight. There was a good turnout for tonight's meeting.
Clue #2 of the Mystery Quilt was handed out tonight. This month we are making Double 4 Patches. We will need 38 of these blocks. They are to be done in medium and dark colors. Remember, anything goes! Don't try to match your fabrics!
The first UFO Challenge quilt for 2014 was due tonight. It was #5 on the list. We had several complete their UFOs and brought them to show. Wonderful job, Ladies! We are off to a great start for the new year! Keep up the good work. The next one is #2. It is due at the April meeting.
We had several bring Show & Tell. All were wonderful quilts!
We ended the evening by playing a dice game that Janis brought. This was in place of a program. Everyone seemed to have fun! We will have to play it again sometime. We played with 5" squares, but next time we should do it with 2 1/2" strips.
I will try to post pictures soon. Not sure if I will get them posted tomorrow because I have a meeting tomorrow night. Sometime this week...maybe.
